Inventory / Fleet Dispatch

We delineate our teams into gates and technology for efficient coverage all over SoCal (keep on scrolling to see the counties we service). We have a large inventory for operators, cameras, card readers, belts, loop detectors, chains, cabling, and work trucks with welders so that we're ready to load up and get to the problem in a timely manner.

Vehicle gates are frequently hit by impatient drivers, and often need repair. Gates with wood elements can be especially tricky, and major damage that requires removing the entire gate will need professional work. Whether it's iron or wood, we will return your gate back to the original design with precision and care.

Access Database Hosting / Backups

Access control systems often require a server, a master control panel, or phone system to contain a database. If hardware gets corrupted then retrieving a database can be time-consuming and frustrating to recreate. We can host on our own server, give software updates, manage schedules, admin/security levels.

NVRs / Server Based Recording

Software and internet systems can be fragile,  computers become outdated, and hard drives die out. We offer troubleshooting, upgrades, and swap-outs for your recording equipment. Let us take a look and we'll give you cost-effective service, with hardware degradation in mind.

Access control is an involved technology and there's literally hundreds of brands  with different software and hardware, in proprietary or open format. Card readers, control panels, battery-locksets, wireless modules, they all require significant knowledge that we've gathered to accommodate you with reliable servicing.

IP Camera Replacement

Nobody likes seeing a black box on the surveillance monitor where a camera view should be, and sometimes means a camera just needs to be replaced. Other times it's wiring fixes, lens adjustments, or bandwidth issues. Whatever it may be, we'll investigate and fix it.

License Plate Recognition / OCR

A 90% capture rate of license plates by an LPR camera is considered high quality. We can provide adjustments for better capture with repositioning, fine-tuning, or replacement. LPRs can be finicky, and OCR software is no different. We can get a tech out there soon to see what's going on with your system.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts

Service Coverage Areas

Los Angeles County

Our service trucks cover the entire LA county coast, from Malibu to Long Beach; and from Santa Clarita to La Verne. Our service region limits are generally near the bottom of the Angeles National Forest/ San Gabriel Wilderness mountain lines.

Orange County

All of Orange County is covered by our service department. Our headquarters are located in Anaheim.

San Bernardino County

We cover San Bernardino from Chino Hills to the Cajon pass, and out to Redlands/ Yucaipa areas. We have customers in Apple Valley/ High Desert regions but that is typically our service limit for SB county.

Riverside County

Corona to Murrieta, our max range is around Hemet/ Banning. If you have service needs in the Palm Desert areas we can accommodate if it’s a special case. Call us for more information.

San Diego County

All of the San Diego County coast from San Clemente to Imperial Beach. We go out to Lakeside up to Fallbrook/ near Temecula. Call if you have questions about our service availability.

Ventura County

This area is the furthest North that our service fleet will typically travel; from around Ventura city to Simi Valley.
